Time To Disallow Anonymous Commenting?

Giving is most blessed and most acceptable when the donor remains completely anonymous ~ Saying by an unknown individual that clearly does not apply to anonymous commenters on blogs.

How much anonymous commenting is the blogger who calls himself rAtional nAtion doing here? He says "What a waste. of good O2. LMAO" here. Notice the misplaced period? This reminded me of another comment with a misplaced period. Here an "anonymous" commenter says "It's YOU and your ass. Faced friends who we love to hate". That's prior to a comment from (the same) anon saying, "Fuck you, Shaw, Mal-cum. Crazy Critter and the horse you rode in on".

According to an anonymous comment I deleted, "You don't know it's RN, idiot. He's got you spinning like the idiot you are". So, all this makes me wonder... Is RN posing as an Anon who says "fuck you" to his supposed friend Shaw?

Even if this theory is wrong, it may still be time to disallow anonymous comments. There was one person who said he didn't have a blog (or a blogger account) and was upset that I said I might disallow it. Is that guy still here? I think he might have gotten mad and left.

Another suspicion I have is that an Anon who comments as "The Sword of Truth" is actually a blogger known as "Truth 101". I think I remember him mentioning on his blog that he sometimes went by this nom de plume. Nothing he said though was an obvious tip-off. He offended some conservative commenters (causing one to post as "the real sword of truth")... so I think it's possible that this is the same Truth who said I was nuts.

In any case, whether or not any of my theories or suspicions have any veracity at all... I think it is quite evident that some people are playing games and being "clever" due to me allowing anonymous commenting. Given how easy it is to create a Blogger or Google+ account I've pretty much made up my mind. Anonymous commenting will not be possible here for much longer. This will solve the problem of people posting anonymously but saying they aren't the same Anon that said something else. Some annoying Anon debated with me about me "mistakenly" attributing prior anonymous comments to him.

According to this Anon "paranoia is the only excuse for your thinking I'm all these other Anons, or maybe ego makes you think there could not possibly be more than one person who thinks you are full of shit". OK then, the solution is obviously to disallow anonymous commenting. Then there will be ZERO Anons. No more "paranoia" from me wondering if one Anon is the same as another Anon - as everyone who thinks thinks I am "full of shit" will have to say so using a unique ID.

Disallowing anonymous comments will solve all these problems. Not completely, perhaps, but now people will at least have to go through the process of setting up other accounts if sock puppeting is their thing. Many will probably decide it isn't worth the effort. Or they might be too dumb to figure it out. At least it puts a small stumbling block in the path of those whose only purpose in commenting here is to make an annoyance of themselves (like the Anon I quote above... possibly RN).

The annoyers, fakers and a-holes whose purpose is to get me "spinning like the idiot [I am]" are hereby on notice. Anonymous commenting will be disallowed here as of 8/6/2013. Like I said before, creating an account you can use to comment is a simple process, and therefore not a huge imposition. And it will put a stop to (or at least reduce) comments from people who are only playing games (RN?).

Comment moderation will remain off... for now. I hate comment moderation when others use it, so I would prefer to not use it myself. But if disallowing anonymous comments does not fix (or at least put a big dent in) the problem I'm having with fakers and annoyers then I may have to use it. This step first, then I'll decide if any further steps are necessary. One thing is certain though... I'm not shutting down my blog. If that is the goal of anyone commenting here you may as well go away and not bother.

Update 9/4/2014: "The Sword of Truth" was rAtional nAtion (AKA Lester Nation, AKA Les Carpenter III), as proven here (on 8/15/2013). Truth 101 (AKA Joe Hagstrom, AKA Joe Kelly, Joe "Truth 101" Kelly, AKA Joe Truth) was not the quilty party.

Severe Moderate Delusions: GZ Tripping Straw Man Edition (Volume 2)

I'm a killer! I'm a murdering bastard, you know that. And there are consequences to breaking the heart of a murdering bastard ~ Bill, the title character from the 2004 Quentin Tarantino film Kill Bill Volume 2, as portrayed by David Carradine.

The blogger Willis Hart is still at it; continuing to put up commentary after commentary on his site declaring his belief that Trayvon Martin was responsible for his own death. All the evidence points to it (in his mind). George Zimmerman, while perhaps not acting prudently, was within his rights in defending himself against a violent thug. And the Hartster continues to lie about me saying all GZ's injuries were caused by tripping. First GZ tripped and fell on his face (breaking his nose), then he tripped and hit his head (causing the injuries to his scalp).

Of course I never said that, because it is utterly ridiculous (which I pointed out in my last post). But does that stop the delusional liar Hart from telling blatant, obvious and ridiculous lies? No way. He continues to do it because he knows all his regulars are hip to his dissembling. They eat it up, in fact. Specifically I refer to rAtional nAtion, dmarks, and Rusty Shackelford. These bloggers all cheer as Mr. Hart lies, as they are delusional liars themselves. And then this Rusty fellow comes rushing over here to tell me that "Will and his friends are tearing you a new ass over at his place", and that "Will has caught you in about a dozen lies and is commenting on each one".

Of course this is utter bullshit. But, given the fact that I am banned from this doofus' blog, and given the fact that he continues to insult me (referring to me as a pathological liar in one post)... clearly a response here (on my blog) is necessary. Since I published my last commentary, the prolific White-rager has authored 13 (count em, THIRTEEN!) posts concerning the killer George Zimmerman and his victim Trayvon Martin, as follows (along with my replies)...

[1] The Slippery Slope of Blackness/Whiteness 7/24/2013

Willis Hart: If President Obama had married a white woman and had fathered some kids with HER, those kids would have exactly the same amount of African DNA as Zimmerman's mother and uncle. At what point does a person cease being black?

My Response: An utterly stupid and irrelevant question, but I'll have a go at it none-the-less. A person ceases being black when their skin color is light enough such that there is no question about whether or not they have any DNA from Africa. The reason for this is SLAVERY. White slave owners who raped their "property" (White men raping Black women) wanted to be certain that the children that resulted ("mulattos") would always be regarded as property. While other races... Hispanics, Indians and even Whites were held as slaves (or indentured servants), ONLY African Americans were brought here in large numbers and specifically regarded as a slave race (Black = slave).

This percentages argument that Mr. Hart puts forward is bogus for this reason. Does George Zimmerman appear to be a Black man? No, he does not. Does he identify as Black? Again, no, he doesn't. Does George Zimmerman having a Black great grandfather preclude him from holding any racial biases against Black people? Clearly not.

We already know that GZ's European White (with a German last name) dad holds some racial biases against Blacks. GZ senior made this clear when he authored an e-book in which he pointed his finger at the "true racists", who, according to GZ SR can be found in the NAACP, the Congressional Black Caucus and in the Obama Administration (the president himself as well as Attorney General Eric Holder).

In my opinion anyone who says Black people are the "real racists" are racist themselves. It's a reactionary deflection. "Who me, racist? No, it's the Blacks who are the real racists". Sure. So, given the fact that GZ was raised by a racist dad, is it probably or at least possible that some of his dad's racial biases rubbed off on little Georgie? Of course. So what if his Whiteness isn't pure? That does not point to any kind of impossibility in regards to GZ harboring any racial biases... despite what Mr. Hart may believe.

And we also The racially biased White dad raised at least one racially biased son. GZ's brother Robert Zimmerman Jr let the world know he shares his pop's racist proclivities with a series of tweets back in March defending his brother. So we've got a racially biased dad, a racially biased junior, and another son who shot an unarmed teen after following him because he looked "suspicious" for wearing a hoodie and walking slowly. All this points to it being very likely that GZ didn't racially profile Trayvon? Color me highly skeptical. Basically what Mr. Hart is saying is that GZ can't possibly hold any racial biases based ONLY on the fact that he had a Black great grandfather, which is nonsensical.

[2] Self-Describe This 7/25/2013

Willis Hart: The population of Mexico is approximately 115,000,000, and of that... approximately 70,000,000 are considered Mestizo (a mixture of Native-American and European ancestry). Is it safe to assume here that the media and leftists of this country are now willing to go out on a limb and call these people, "self-described Hispanics" as well?

My Response: Nope. I'd refer to them as Mexican (nationality) and Mestizo (racially). How they "self describe" is up to them. I've never been to Mexico so I wouldn't know. As for George Zimmerman, apparently he does identify as Hispanic, although the initial police report (after the shooting) referred to Zimmerman as White. That report says that Officer Timothy Smith (first officer on the scene) had a "white male, later identified as George Zimmerman, in custody". So the Media takes WHAT THE POLICE REPORT SAYS, goes with that, and the Right-wing attacks them for trying to push a false narrative (racist White man shoots Black teen).

But that isn't what happened. The media did not invent/fabricate GZ being identified as White! Later, when the information that Zimmerman was not a racially pure White man came out, the media corrected itself and determined GZ was a "self described" Hispanic. This the Right spun as the "Liberal Media" acknowledging GZ's Hispanic heritage but still implying he was White ("self described" Hispanic but still actually White). But that's bullshit. They said "self described" because that is how he described himself! Bottom line: take your conspiracy theory BS and shove it up your ass, Hart. The only reason for this spinning is to discredit the idea that GZ could have racial biases that lead him to make assumptions about TM he shouldn't have. How the media identified him has nothing to do with that.

[3] More Media Bias in the Zimmerman Affair 7/28/2013

Willis Hart: ...back when Trayvon Martin was first suspended in 2011 (ostensibly for vandalism), school authorities went through his backpack and found 12 pieces of women's jewelry, a man's watch, and a screwdriver that they had delineated as a "burglary tool" [and for this reason GZ was right to suspect TM was up to no good on the night he followed and shot him].

My Response: You didn't prove any media bias in the first place (prior WH post failed in that regard). Secondly, the media didn't mention any of TM's troubles because they had nothing to do with GZ shooting him. It also has nothing to do with (and does not justify) GZ suspecting TM (because he had no knowledge of it). That the media didn't do an expose trashing the victim (when those facts have nothing to do with the case) is NOT an example of "media bias". Overall I rate Willis' "media bias" charge as a enormous fail. There wasn't any.

Willis Hart: Now, this of course doesn't mean that Trayvon was necessarily up to no good on that particular evening. The dude absolutely could have been just out for a walk. But to try and say here that Zimmerman was totally off is bull.

My Response: He wasn't up to no good, "necessarily"? Here WH profiles TM. He assumes that because TM got into a little trouble then anything and everything he does is suspect. Also, how the hell can GZ be rightfully suspicious given TM's history when he HAS NO KNOWLEDGE of this history? The Hartster's argument makes no sense. Indeed he is saying GZ was right to racially profile TM. He's saying it is a reasonable assumption to assume TM may be looking for a apartment to break into (even though TM has no criminal record). Why? No reason at all... except for things GZ had no way of knowing. And there is also the fact that TM was a young Black male.

But Willis claims that TM should have had a criminal record. That he didn't was due to "politics". According to WH's post "the Sanford police, in an obvious effort to keep the teenage African-American crime rate low, apparently decided that this case should instead be handled by the school system and, hence, the suspension..."

Apparently, huh? I would ask if he had any proof of this, but does it really matter? The fact is TM, for whatever reason, had no criminal record, and even if he did GZ didn't know any of this history. It doesn't matter because GZ's involvement should have ended when he called it in to the police - which is all a Neighborhood WATCH person is supposed to do. That GZ got out of his car to look for an address because the dispatcher asked for one... that is completely false. The dispatcher asked for George's apartment number and then he asked if the officer he was sending could meet George at the mailboxes. He never asked for an address. That was a fictitious detail GZ added later to explain why he continued to follow TM when he was asked not to. (read the transcript to confirm this for yourself).

Willis Hart: ...can we also just knock it off with this whole Zimmerman racially profiled Trayvon crap? If Trayvon had been a young black businessman holding a laptop and walking on the sidewalk, or an elderly black woman, Zimmerman wouldn't have given him the time of day. But because he was dressing like a gang-banger and walking in between houses, he did, and he should have.

My Response: Dressing like a gang banger? Many people wear hoodies. Bill O'Reilly and Geraldo Rivera wear hoodies (see picture below). A hoodie is not gang attire. While Willis is correct that GZ probably wouldn't have paid attention to a Black grandma or businessman... I say so what? That does not mean GZ did no racial profiling. He clearly did. His 46 calls to the police to report suspicious Black males (including a 7 year-old) are proof that GZ was racially profiling (young + Black + hoodie = gang banger).

Does that mean he shouldn't have been suspicious at all? No, I'm not saying that. What I'm saying is that he should have identified himself (could have done this when he says TM circled his truck) and he should have listened to the dispatcher when told to stop following TM (which we know he did not do. We know he CONTINUED to follow TM due to his bogus story of getting out to look for a house number).

As far as Trayvon "walking in between houses" goes, he was following the sidewalk! He never walked between houses.

dmarks: Martin had a significant crime problem. If law enforcement had been doing its job, he would have been safely off the streets: no longer a danger to others or himself.

My Response: No, he would not have. He was a juvenile (under 18). The law is lenient on offenders under the age of 18. Because reasonable and empathetic people look for other methods to correct bad behavior for offenders under 18... because that is too young an age to hold anyone to an adult standard of personal responsibility. But if people like Dennis had their way we'd be locking up Juveniles (and dramatically increasing their numbers in our prison system) instead of trying to help them.

Rusty Shackelford: Will, please stop quoting actual facts about this case. Now you'll stir the fool on the hill to write a ten page fictional account how George Zimmer hid behind a tree waiting to kill the valdictorian Trayvon Martin while hitting him self on the nose with a large rock and banging his own head against a brick wall. So, please stop making sense.

My Response: This a**hole is greatly exaggerating/twisting what I wrote in my "Truthy Dramatization" post. I kept to the facts and filled in the gaps (discounting GZ's account). I never added anything that was provably false as Rusty suggests (what's with these Cons and their straw men?). As for the "making sense", by this Rusty means believing GZ's account. That, to Rusty, "makes sense". Of course the guy who killed an unarmed teen couldn't possibly be lying to save his own skin! No, we should believe him without question. His is the only account of the events we have, so that MUST be what actually happened, right?

Willis Hart: The thing is, I'm just so teed off at the media/leftists for the way that they've covered this sucker; this whole narrative that a racist white man (who isn't even white) gunning down an innocent black "child" simply 'cause he wanted to, that I've totally had to vent on it.

My Response: Continue to get "teed off" Will. I really do not care. I am teed off by suckers like you who lie about people "lying" simply because they disagree with you (Will's post #6). And it was the cops who (when they filed their initial report) described GZ as White (as I already pointed out).

Willis Hart: As for who started the fight, it makes absolutely NO sense that a person with a weapon would engage somebody in a fist fight... You also have to look at the injuries and see that Trayvon only had injuries to his knuckles AND that Mr. Zimmerman passed multiple polygraph tests. Mr. Martin wasn't trying to put Mr. Zimmerman in a coma? The fact that he was doing ground and pound... AND slamming Mr. Zimmerman's head into the sidewalk is pretty much proof-positive that you are full of shit...

My Response: I never said it was GZ who started the fight. This is another point Willis lies about (or is mistaken about, or simply does not care to find out what I actually said)... I think GZ tried to "arrest" TM and TM "resisted". That is how the fight started. Also, the "Ground and pound" MMA reference is something I always found suspicious. It was GZ who took classes at the gym in MMA, not TM. And that witness (John Good) also said he "couldn't be certain the person on top was striking the person on the bottom" and "he didn't see the person on top smashing the other person's head into the sidewalk".

He couldn't see the person on top striking the person on the bottom because there was no "ground and pound" taking place (Willis places a LOT of significance on the fact that JG uses this term). What was going on was a struggle for the gun. Yes, this is my speculation, but one based on my belief that GZ had his gun out already. And I believe he had his gun out for three reasons...

[1] GZ already suspected TM had a gun of his own (the "hand in his waistband" comment to the dispatcher); [2] GZ (in the taped walk though with the cops) said he reached for his cell phone (after TM asked him if he had a problem)... GZ is NOT going to take out his phone if an individual he believes has a gun approaches him - he's going to take out HIS gun; [3] GZ says he reached for and drew his gun with TM straddling him... a nearly impossible feat (as argued by the prosecution).

Supporting my theory about a struggle for the gun is a statement by "Mark Osterman, a good friend of Zimmerman and the author of a book on the case" who "said that Zimmerman told him that Martin had grabbed his gun during their struggle, but that Zimmerman was able to pull it away". This is further proof that the other account (the one where TM saw the gun and tried to grab it but failed) is likely a fabrication. John Good saw GZ and TM struggling for the gun, not a "ground and pound" from TM.

Regarding the passing of "multiple polygraph tests"... this is a false assertion. GZ passed two voice stress tests. A "voice stress test" is NOT the same as a polygraph. Wikipedia notes that "there are no independent research studies that support the use of VSA [voice stress analysis] as a reliable lie detection technology, whilst there are numerous studies that dispute its reliability".

[4] On Rachel Jeantel's Preposterous Testimony 7/28/2013

Willis Hart: Jeantel's preposterous testimony makes zero sense. A) She claimed that Trayvon was having trouble "shaking" Zimmerman. Trayvon was a frigging football player... He could have [run away fast]. B) She claimed that Zimmerman started the altercation by jumping on Trayvon. Why would a person with a gun willingly jeopardize their advantage... C) She claimed that Trayon uttered to Zimmerman, "Get off me". [but] Trayvon Martin relished fighting. His text messages were laced with violent imagery and confessions of numerous violent episodes.

My Response: RJ was on the PHONE with TM, she wasn't there in person! She said "shake", but that only meant that TM was trying to "shake" GZ by WALKING away from him (he kept looking back as seeing that GZ was still following him. TM didn't run until later. As for the jumping on... again, RJ wasn't there! The jumping on was, IMO, them only running into each other. The "get off" was TM complaining about GZ being too close to him. Both were surprised to find each other in the dark just prior to their altercation... i.e. TM didn't double back to administer a "whooping"; he was checking to see if GZ was still following him before he went home (he didn't want GZ knowing where he lived).

As for fighting being something TM "relished" and that a brother asked him to teach him to fight does not mean TM went looking for fights with strange adults. That is a leap, and exactly why the prosecution argued the texts should not be disclosed during the trial. Prosecutor John Guy said "it would mislead the jury and be prejudicial"... yes it would mislead the jury, just as Mr. Hart has (willingly) allowed it to mislead him.

dmarks: Jeantel's poor grasp of English is a testament to the incompetence of teachers and schools who let her get past the 2nd grade. It's her NATIVE LANGUAGE. I am willing to cut her a lot of slack if she is special needs. But if she is of normal intelligence and ability, it is really terrible that grammer school has instilled her that awful babble [she] spouts. How did the "Miami University of Ohio" supposedly admit her?

Darth Bacon: I heard that she's SO smart she speaks 3 languages. zoolo, Ubangi, and Ebonics.

Willis Hart: Those first 2 languages would probably impress me. The 3rd one, eh, not so much (especially not during a job interview).

My Response: Dennis seems so sure of himself. Dennis caps "native language", but it simply isn't true. During RJ's testimony defense attorney Don West asked, "When someone speaks to you in English, do you believe you have any difficulty understanding it because it wasn't your first language?" Her native language is Haitian Creole, you stupid lying idiot. I say Dennis is lying because he speaks with such assuredness it is obvious he simply does not give a crap what the truth is... he makes up his own truth. And he knows her Facebook page says she attends the "Miami University of Ohio" but he doesn't know English isn't her native language? Also, Willis Hart says nothing about Dennis' obvious BSing/lying/willful ignorance?

As for Darth, he "heard" that RJ speaks 3 languages from me. He voiced his opinion about RJ being stupid on my blog and I told him that she speaks Haitian Creole, Spanish, and English. Obviously the facts mean nothing to him, so he goes ahead and, for clearly racist reasons, continues to insist she is dumb. Look at the languages he falsely says she can speak: Zulu (actual spelling), Ubangi, and Ebonics. Obviously his point is that he believes she is a primitive/ignorant BLACK (for the record I'm NOT saying anyone who speaks Zulu or Ubangi are primitive/ignorant, I'm saying Darth picked those languages because that is how HE views them).

And, I for one do not believe for one second that Mr. Hart did not pick up on this "subtle" racism. Yet he offers no push back at all. Instead he plays along. I find this behavior (acceptance of racist comments) unacceptable. Shame on you Hart. BTW, "Ubangi" isn't actually a language, but rather "a fairly close-knit language family of some seventy languages centered on the Central African Republic". "Ubangi" does not identify any one specific language, therefore RJ couldn't possibly speak it.

Also, in regards to "Ebonics" (or African American Vernacular English), wikipedia says it, "shares... many characteristics with African Creole dialects spoken in much of the world". Given that RJ's native language is Haitian Creole it makes perfect sense that she'd be comfortable with Ebonics (which is a "natural language developed from the mixing of parent languages"). The point here is that some people (Darth, Dennis and Will) are very quick to judge without knowing any facts at all. Shame on you Hart... again (another one here is totally justified and necessary IMO).

[5] Trayvon's Texts 7/29/2013

Willis Hart: To Trayvon, "So, you're just turning into a little hoodlum?" Trayvon's response, "Na, I'm a gangsta". 2) To Trayvon (from his OLDER brother), "So, when you gonna teach me to fight?" 3) To Trayvon (from his girlfriend), "You gotta stop fighting". Trayvon's response, "Na, I'm not done with da fool". 4) Trayvon texts, "Duh way I fight nd golds I had last year". Friend's response, "Ub fightn. yeah, a lot".

My Response: Fighting with peers, not strange adults. None of these texts indicate he ever engaged in fights with adults he didn't know. The "gansta" comment was a teen projecting false bravado. TM was not a real gansta or gang banger. The Right-wing media has done an excellent job digging up all the dirt they could on TM (drug use, trouble with the law and suspensions) and they have NEVER produced a scintilla of evidence suggesting he was a gang member. None.

Willis Hart: Alright, let's back-peddle a little bit here. Who would be the individual more than likely who started the fight; the 17 year-old self-proclaimed gangsta wannabe... who's history is full of fighting, or the short and stocky 29 year-old who's own gym manager essentially called a wimp (and who, according to wd, trips a lot)?

My Response: Wrong question. The right question is did GZ have his gun out (or take it out) near the beginning of the encounter? I say he did (see #3 above). As for the "trips a lot" comment... this is NOT according to me. I never said anything of the sort (tripping onto his face). And, if you look at this picture you will see that there is a slight incline from the apartments on the right to the sidewalk. If GZ backed away from TM up the incline he could have easily tripped, and then sat down hard (injuring his tailbone). It is a perfectly reasonable and plausible explanation for how he got on the ground.

dmarks: Will, [you said] "And the only person who committed a crime... was Trayvon Martin (assault and battery and maybe attempted murder)". There is also this crime to consider: Florida statute 856.021 [which says] it is unlawful for any person to loiter or prowl in a place... This particular crime is exactly what Zimmerman noticed and reported to the dispatcher.

My Response: Assault and battery? Again, here we have someone who presumes GZ's version of events are unquestionable. I don't buy that at all. Also, even if TM punched GZ the Stand Your Ground law could apply to him. An individual who never identified himself and who HE found suspicious was following him. Why should he not be able to stand his ground? Also, walking home isn't "loitering" or "prowling". GZ never noticed this "particular crime" because TM never did either of those things.

[6] On wd's Assertion that Zimmerman A) Uttered, "You Gonna Die Tonight, Nigga" and B) Gunned Down Trayvon in Cold-Blood 7/29/2013

Willis Hart: There exists no evidence to support either of these charges. The FBI interviewed over 40 people and could not find one scintilla of evidence that George Zimmerman (who is 1/8 black and 3/8 Peruvian himself) has ever harbored racist views...

My Response: First of all, I never asserted that GZ said "You Gonna Die Tonight, Nigga". I do have him saying "You're going to die tonight ni**er" in my truthy dramatization (which I was upfront about being a blend of fact and fiction). I based this on GZ saying TM told him he was "going to die tonight". Honestly I think it more likely nobody said that. GZ probably added it to bolster his case for self-defense. He was saying "he SAID he was going to kill me, so I had no choice". I don't believe it.

If anyone said it I think it was GZ. It would explain why TM said "I'm begging you" and then screamed (for 45 seconds). Others (including Hart) contend that it was GZ who screamed, but a CBS News story reports that a voice expert who listened to the tape says that the "screams on 911 call were almost entirely those of Trayvon Martin". Alan Reich, the expert, bases his conclusions on "hundreds of hours listening to the tape".

Of course the expert could be wrong, and obviously the jury discounted his testimony, but what this shows is that not all the evidence points to the conclusion reached by Mr. Hart. And the other evidence (grass on GZ's jacket and injuries to GZ's head, etc) does not conclusively point to TM being the aggressor and GZ simply defending himself. This was NOT proven "textbook self defense"... not at all.

Willis Hart: ...the way that the bullet passed through Trayvon's shirt indicating that the youngster was on the top...

My Response: TM was wearing multiple layers of clothing and the hoodie was baggy. The way the bullet passed through his shirt did NOT indicate he was on top (as the outer layer could have been several inches away from his body due to the article of clothing being baggy). In any case, I postulated (see my response to #3 above) that there was a struggle for the gun... so TM being on top (if he was) does not make him the aggressor.

[7] wd Lies AGAIN 2 8/1/2013

Willis Hart: [Dervish is] still insisting that Zimmerman said, "fucking coons" on that 911 tape. Never mind the fact that the FBI and police fully examined it... [he] finds another crazy-assed lying blogger who apparently heard the same nonutterance that literally nobody else has been able to verify and which even the prosecution didn't hear and tries to pawn this off as verification.

My Response: The other crazy-assed lying blogger I found is Nicole Sandler (former host for Air America and current podcaster at Radio Or Not and fill-in host for Randi Rhodes). Mrs. Sandler says that, after listening to the tape, it is clear to her that GZ used the racial epithet "coon". I agree with her. This is not a "lie" but our opinion (one supported by what is on the tape). The prosecution didn't go there because the judge told them they couldn't. Remember when prosecutor Bernie de la Rionda said GZ "profiled Trayvon as a criminal"? That was to sidestep the judge's ruling that racial profiling not be brought up. The "coons" utterance was a part of that. The prosecution didn't go there because they were forbidden from doing so. This decision was political. The powers that be didn't want to inflame the Conservative community or the Black community... so they decided on a show trial and no mention of any evidence that painted GZ as a racist.

Willis Hart: Holder is only posturing and throwing the NAACP a bone [in regards to a possible civil rights violation case against GZ]. Yes, he's dumb but isn't dumb enough to bring a case that that he knows he's going to lose and be humiliated over.

My Response: Wrong. There may be no civil rights violation case because they want to avoid the political heat from the Right. We already have racist idiots on the Right who are accusing Obama of trying to incite a "race war". If Barack Obama were not the nation's first Black president the case that GZ violated TM's civil rights would probably have a better chance of moving forward. When George HW Bush commented on the Rodney King verdict (the one that found the cops who administered the beating innocent) and said, "it was hard to understand how the verdict could possibly square with the video"... people accepted his words because he is WHITE. But when Barack Obama said if he had a son he would look like Trayvon? Unacceptable... because he is BLACK. If there is no civil rights violation charge it will be because the Right-wing won't stand for it, not because Holder would lose and be humiliated.

Willis Hart: And the FBI interviewed over 40 people looking for something, ANYTHING, that they could nail Zimmerman with and they couldn't find a thing. Zimmerman... isn't a racist and he broke not a solitary law that night.

My Response: Wrong again. A Miami Herald article from 7/17/2013 reports a witness was located who says "Zimmerman and his family were racists who disliked blacks". This individual, a female cousin who is referred to as "Witness 9" to protect her identity, also says Zimmerman "molested her for 10 years when they were both children". Even if you think she's lying the fact that she exists and gave a recorded statement proves that you saying "they couldn't find a thing" is FALSE. They found at least one something (and perhaps more, given this person is the ninth witness).

As for what law GZ broke... he shot and killed another human being. That's illegal. The initial police report described the shooting as a "negligent homicide" and an "unnecessary killing to prevent an unlawful act". The unlawful act would be the fight started by TM. So even when the cops took GZ at his word and decided everything went down exactly as he said... they STILL said his action was unlawful. Yes, the jury decided it was self defense, but that was after the show trial and instructions from the judge that said the jury HAD to base their decision on Stand Your Ground. The only one railroaded here was Trayvon Martin.

[8] On "Lean" 8/1/2013

Willis Hart: It doesn't show up on traditional drug tests. But the fact that A) Trayvon's liver was damaged... B) he had just purchased two of the critical ingredients of it, C) his behavior on that night was wildly violent and paranoid, and D) his text messages were laced with innuendo pertaining to lean, you gotta think that the youngster had a problem here.

My Response: Without Robitussin what he had was just Skittles and Iced Tea, not "ingredients". And there is no proof that TM's "behavior on that night was wildly violent and paranoid"... aside from GZ's version of events (a narrative he had a motive to insert lies into). I say GZ was acting paranoid by following TM, even after the dispatcher told him not to (which he concocted a lie about looking for an address to cover).

Willis Hart: Adderall is a prescription medication that is given with doctor's supervision and while it does have side effects, A) they're generally in the 1-3% range and B) the doctor will take you off of it if it becomes a problem. Lean, on the other hand pretty much has as it's stated effect paranoia and aggression AND it isn't given with doctor's supervision. (This comment was from the thread attached to WH post #3 but I moved it here because this heading is a better fit).

My Response: If "the doctor will take you off of it if it becomes a problem", how is it that Aderall is the most abused prescription drug in America? Why don't the docs just take the abusers off the drug? There is no evidence for your argument that GZ wasn't misusing/abusing/experiencing side effects, given the fact that GZ wasn't drug tested after he was taken into custody (so there is no proof he wasn't suffering side effect of drugs he was taking).

As for Lean not showing up in drug tests? wrong-o again Hart-o. Addiction Blog says that "for most standard blood or urine screens, codeine will be detectable for 1-2 days" (codeine is the active ingredient in cough syrup, the other "ingredient" in Lean) Also, it should be noted that for the codeine to exit your system you have to be alive (it doesn't dissipate, it gets flushed out. It cannot be flushed out if you are dead). Furthermore, Wikipedia notes that "the autopsy report stated that Martin had trace levels of THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, in his blood and urine", although "the THC amount was so low that it may have been ingested days earlier and played no role in Martin's behavior".

So, given that his blood and urine was tested and no Lean was detected, this proves that TM was not under the influence of any drug at the time of the altercation. Lean did not cause him to be wildly violent or paranoid nor did marijuana (and, according to Rachel Jeanteal, marijuana only made TM hungry, not violent).

[9] Who Was Following Who? 8/1/2013

Willis Hart: [Blah, blah, blah... who really gives a shit? This idiot suggests that it was TM who was following GZ! I know, WTF, right?].

My Response: Get this... because GZ drove past TM, and then TM continued walking in the same direction (down the street toward where GZ had stopped to observe TM)... WH says that it was actually TM who was "following" GZ! This despite the fact that he was going home and did not alter course to do any "following". Willis also repeats the GZ lie that he got out of his vehicle to get an address the dispatcher never asked him for. Is this guy buying into the Right-wing narrative or what? That, or Willis is enjoying pandering to his new audience. When Rusty said my butt was being kicked over at Will's place one Darth Bacon took a look... and he loved what he saw. This is the one where Willis jumped the shark (IMO). Stick a fork in him, he's done. Or not. How many more posts will Mr. Hart author on this topic? Isn't it time for him to go back to bashing Green Energy? (No, not yet).

[10] On the Idiot's Assertion that Zimmerman's Injuries were "Minor" 8/2/2013

Willis Hart: A broken nose, 2 black eyes, 2 distal lacerations on the back of his head, and a bruised coccyx. Yeah, it could have been worse.. .AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN WORSE HAD NOT THE MAN ULTIMATELY DEFENDED HIMSELF (this, after his having screamed for help for 45 seconds)! Now, as to whether Mr. Zimmerman's head was being rammed into the sidewalk or not, I don't know, I wasn't there. And, again, I ask you, if George Zimmerman's sole purpose was to murder an individual who he had never met before (simply because the fellow was black, allegedly), then why the hell didn't he just do it? Why did he wait until the fellow had him on the ground administering a vicious beating? It makes no sense!

My Response: What idiot are you talking about Mr. Hart? Is the idiot you are referring to lead investigator Christopher Serino who said "there were injuries, but he's seen worse working in the major crimes unit and didn't consider them life-threatening" and that GZ shooting TM could have been a "panic thing" (i.e. not based on any real possibility of him being killed by the "beating").

Or perhaps the idiot Willis refers to is Dr. Valerie Rao (Jacksonville FL medical examiner for Duval, Clay and Nassau counties) who testified that "The wounds displayed on Zimmerman's head and face were consistent with one strike, two injuries at one time and that "the injuries were not life-threatening" and "very insignificant"? Are one (or both) of those individuals the idiot Willis is referring to? Must be, because those are the people who's statements I based my conclusion on.

Also, as I already pointed out, a voice expert who listened to the tape for "hundreds of hours" says the "screams on 911 call were almost entirely those of Trayvon Martin". As for the waiting (not shooting immediately)... there was either [1] a struggle for the gun after GZ attempted to "arrest" TM, or [2] a struggle for the gun after GZ drew (or went to draw) his gun and said "you're going to die tonight". Either way I say Trayvon Martin stood his ground and defended himself.

As for the broken nose and black eyes, those could easily have been caused by him hitting himself in the face due to kickback/recoil when he fired his weapon. Or a punch from TM after GZ went for his gun.

[11] On Prosecution Witness, John Good, Saying that Trayvon was on Top of Zimmerman Administering "Ground and Pound" 8/2/2013

Willis Hart: So, was HE "hallucinating", too?

My Response: No. This was in response to me submitting a comment to WH's blog where I noted that GZ said TM continued to speak after he was shot (said "you got me"). I speculated that GZ hallucinated TM said that (since it was medically impossible). Hallucinations are a possible side effect of Adderall. John Good wasn't on Adderall, although he did say he "couldn't be certain the person on top was striking the person on the bottom" and "he didn't see the person on top smashing the other person's head into the sidewalk". So, not a hallucination (and absolutely moronic for Willis to suggest this) but absolutely a (probable) mischaracterization given his uncertainties due to the lack of light.

[12] Guilty Aspirations 8/3/2013

Willis Hart: So, it was bad for Zimmerman to be a "cop wannabe", but it wasn't bad for Trayvon to be SELF-DESCRIBED "gangsta' wannabe"? Zimmerman was sitting in his car looking at Trayvon AND TRAYVON WAS LOOKING BACK AT HIM. And not only was he looking back at him, he was making a threatening gesture while encircling the God-damned car. Oh, yeah, Zimmerman is definitely the bad guy here.

My Response: These posts are getting dumber and dumber. Both were bad (cop wannabe and gansta wannabe) but Trayvon was mostly hurting himself... while Zimmerman killed another person!!!! YES, he was the bad guy!!!!

[13] On Jerry's Assertion that Trayvon was Standing HIS Ground 8/3/2013

Willis Hart: Based on that logic, Zimmerman would have been justified in shooting Trayvon when the latter came up to the car, circled it, and put his hand in his waste-band. But just for the sake of argument here, let's say that Trayvon did feel threatened (which is ridiculous in that he was a good 100 feet and out of sight when Zimmerman got out of the vehicle), maybe you can punch the dude once, maybe get on top of him to subdue him, BUT YOU CAN'T KEEP GOING; grounding and pounding and slamming his head on the sidewalk when the guy is screaming for help for 45 seconds. That is battery and had Trayvon not been shot, he'd have been arrested.

My Response: A "threatening gesture" is grounds for shooting someone dead? Perhaps, given the case of a Florida man citing SYG after shooting a black teen over loud music, but that only illustrates how utterly ridiculous (and ripe for abuse) this law is. In any case, clearly Willis has completely and totally discounted the obvious reality that GZ could be lying. TM didn't slam GZ's head against the concrete (insignificant and minor injuries don't support the claim). Also it was TM who was screaming (according to the previously referenced voice expert).

The End?

My Commentary: Is Willis Hart finally done, or are dozens (or even hundreds) more posts defending GZ to come? Who knows? We shall see, but I think I'm done responding to these increasingly stupid commentaries from Mr. Hart. Time to move on to other topics, I think. What about you me-buck?

The Persecuted Vigilante Hero's Heroic Rescue. A 2nd Truthy Dramatization

Truth is mighty and will prevail. There is nothing the matter with this, except that it ain't so -- Mark Twain (11/30/1835 to 4/21/1910) born Samuel Langhorne Clemens, Twain was an American author and humorist. He is most noted for his novels, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876), and its sequel, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1885). A quote from Mark Twain's Notebook (1935).

Note: This commentary is the second in a two part series chronicling the exploits of the killer George Zimmerman (read the first entry here). The narrative that follows consists of what I have decided to call "truthy drama". The story below is a blend of fact and fiction. The central fact here being that George Zimmerman's heroic car crash rescue appears to be a fraud...

Officer Pat Reh steered his police cruiser north up the 400 Florida State road, alert for speeders, accidents, or anything out of the ordinary. It was approximately 10 past 5 in the afternoon. "I'm not far from Sanford, the municipality where my pal George Zim killed that Black thug" the officer thought as he continued on at a moderate speed only slightly exceeding the legal limit.

Policeman Reh, a friend and supporter of George Zim, was among those within the force who thought George should have been invited to join their ranks. In his mind his pal's gunning down of the drugged up street punk was proof that George was the exact sort of fellow they needed to help bust heads and keep the streets safe for the Conservative residents of the Seminole County area.

That the Liberal media and the Obama administration had attempted to railroad his friend with false charges of murder made the LEO's stomach churn. Fortunately the five Whites on the jury saw the truth and didn't buy the narrative put forward by the prosecution. This was a textbook case of self-defense. That the one ni**er on the jury felt otherwise was evidence to him that the Black community was the true source of racism in this country.

But the law was upheld and a good man was set free, despite the efforts of the race hustlers and race pimps. Also despite the outcry from the entitlement-dependent Blacks who use race as an excuse to bitch and moan about being kept down by the man when their problems are entirely self-caused.

Hopefully this incident would serve as a wake up call for their community. Law-breaking and drug-using thugs who attack those who only seek to prevent their law-breaking could be blown away and their killings ruled justified henceforth. George's acquittal put them all on notice. The only downside was that his unfortunate buddy was now in fear of his life from the type of Liberal scum that seeks to keep Blacks down, dependent and on the dole for their own political benefit.

Just then a call came in over the cruiser's communication system. "An SUV has slipped off the road and overturned several miles ahead of you" the dispatcher informed him. "Emergency vehicles have been notified, but you can arrive on the scene first if you step on it". LEO Reh flipped on his siren and increased his speed, passing a vehicle ahead of him. "I'm on my way post haste" Reh informed the dispatcher.

"If a vehicle is overturned there may be a need for a hero to pull victims from the wreckage" PO Reh postulated. Taking out his cell phone Reh pressed the speed dial button for his buddy Zim. "George, get your butt to the offramp at SR 417 and SR 400, there's been an accident". "What the fu*ck do I care? I'm not a cop nor will I ever be" an annoyed sounding Zim replied. "This is your opportunity to rehabilitate your public image by playing the hero. I'll secure the scene and you can assist anyone who may need assisting".

"Great idea!" Zim agreed, suddenly feeling much better. A conservative group in Ohio had already raised 12k for him to buy guns and/or a security system. Who knows how much more he might be able to rake in if he got more of the country on his side. Nothing from the Blacks of course, but Conservative Whites were with him strongly. Certainly the "donations" would take off in response to him being labeled a hero. "Please send the GPS coordinates to my phone" Zim informed his cop friend. "I'm on my way".

Soon George was behind the wheel and speeding toward the scene of the accident, heading west from his home in Sanford to the intersection of the 417 and 400 Florida State roads. Arriving a short while later George easily spotted the overturned SUV. A fire had already erupted and the vehicle was ablaze. Jumping from his truck Zim grabbed a fire extinguisher. Running toward the vehicle George passed a number of frightened onlookers. "Look, it's the vindicated George Zim" one White woman whispered to her Republican husband. Quickly Zim approached the burning wreck and crouched down next to the driver's side window.

"Help me!" cried the driver. Then he recognized George and suddenly felt assured that the persecuted hero would save his family. "Thank the Lord" the man exclaimed. In no time George had pulled the man and his family from the inferno that otherwise would have consumed them. The driver's young daughter hugged Zim tight. "God bless you" the little girl said with tears in her eyes. Zim's cop friend approached. "Everyone saw what you did" the cop said, smiling. "Soon the world will know that George Zim is, in reality, a hero".

Suddenly the truck violently exploded, but everyone was a safe distance away. The onlookers (all who had been to afraid to act) cheered, clapped and hooted as Zim and the family he had just saved ducked under the police tape his friend had put up to keep back the crowd. An ambulance arrived and the husband, wife and children departed, but not before the misses gave Zim a big kiss on the cheek. "I owe you my life" the woman said, thanking him. A beautiful blonde who was standing among the onlookers caught Zim's eye, due to her big bazooms. Zim took a victory lap, high-fiving the still cheering crowd behind the police tape. Then he signed several autographs.

The blonde babe with the large rack motioned for Zim to come over to her. "I knew you were a hero" she whispered in his ear as she gave Zim's package a friendly tug. "Do you think your wife is into three ways?". "No, no" that part is definitely not believable" Officer Reh cautioned his friend. "We'll keep your concocted story up to the departure of the ambulance, and leave off everything else, including the part with the blonde and her big bazooms".

"So you got here only in time to pretend to help? Don't worry about it. I'll support your version of events... minus that last bit". "Of course" George agreed. "I simply got carried away". In reality George had arrived in time only to assist several others as the family was pulled from the SUV (which only caught fire later). After the driver was helped from the vehicle by another man George assisted him in walking away from the scene. The man was a little woozy and George steadied him by placing an arm around his waist.

"Thanks" the man said, relieved to see that others had gotten his family members out of the overturned SUV. That was when Zim's cop friend approached. "Amazing that you got here ahead of me, given that I was already on route when I called you" the LEO remarked. "No, I just happened to be driving by when I spotted the accident", George corrected officer Pat. "Yes, that is a much better lie" Pat agreed. "You're quite good at fabricating believable narratives that fit the events".

George was unsure what his friend was talking about. "I'm implying nothing" Pat remarked, noting the accusing look on George's face. "Whatever happened that night I know you did the right thing; as do many others. We are with you George. You only have to worry about the MSM and the Liberal dirtbags". "And the Black community" George added. "Yes" Pat agreed, "they love to play the victim and blame Whitey for all their problems".

"Now I'll file my report and note that you took the lead in rescuing these unfortunate victims. You should contact your lawyer and set up a press conference. That could go a long way toward rehabilitating your image". "Will do" Zim agreed, thankful that his buddy had the foresight to call him and allow him to pretend to be a hero. "Take this card, it has all the info regarding the family you saved (wink, wink) on it" Pat said, handing the aforementioned card to George.

Turns out his lawyer loved the idea. "That's what he does, so the idea that he would stop and offer aid to somebody in need in a car just makes sense" Zim's attorney Mark Mara gushed to a local CBS News affiliate. Mara contacted the family Zim had "saved" and attempted to convince them to attend a press conference in order to praise his client. "I'm uncomfortable with that" the man who had slipped off the road and flipped his SUV responded. "There is a lot of negative publicity involving Mr. Zim and I'd rather not get caught up in all that".

"But my client saved the lives of you and your family, it is the least you could do" Mara said, pressuring the man to participate in the media event. "OK" the man said reluctantly. "I'll be there". But after thinking it over the man wasn't so sure that Zim had been the one to pull him from the SUV, so he called back and cancelled. "I'm sorry George", a saddened Attorney Mara said to Zim over the phone, "the a-hole you rescued chickened out". "God d*mn f*cker!" George screamed after the call was disconnected. "Just when I thought I was going to get some positive media attention, this jackass refuses to play along".

"At least the White Conservative community is still with you. And they are out there plugging your heroics on the internet with great enthusiasm" Zim's wife Shellie said, attempting to sooth her enraged husband. Yes, there was that. This could still work to his advantage, provided no one got wise to the fact that the entire rescue was a fraud. Officer Reh assured Zim that nobody recorded the incident on their cell phones. "I walked the crowd and told them I could connect anyone with footage to a reporter that would pay handsomely, but there were no takers" Pat said to George at the time. "Don't worry, without any video footage nobody can dispute your version of events".

Zim hoped his LEO buddy was right, because if it ever got out that things didn't happen as per his fabricated narrative... well, he didn't want to think about that. His most fervent supports would never abandon him of course, as they would simply ignore any evidence that suggested his heroics were staged. But his chance to win others over would surely be blown. "Oh well" Zim decided. At least he was a free man.

For a time it looked like his bogus story about him shooting that Martin kid in self-defense wouldn't be bought by the jury. Not long, but for a short while. They asked a question about manslaughter and Zim's heart sank. Could he be convicted of the lesser charge? No, it turns out his momentary doubt was competently unnecessary. His lie-filled version of events was accepted and Zim was set free.

But how much fame (and the money that comes with it) would his notoriety bring him? That was still up in the air. Maybe another Conservative group would step forward and offer to pay to send him back to college so he could study to become a lawyer? He had to keep a positive attitude. He was, after all, a man who had literally gotten away with murder.

A Decidedly Non-Auspicious Adventure, Part 3

We all live in a house on fire, no fire department to call; no way out, just the upstairs window to look out of while the fire burns the house down with us trapped, locked in it -- Tennessee Williams (3/26/1911 to 2/25/1983) a major American playwright of the 20th century.

"Ahhh! my eyes!" Letta the halfling thief cried.

"Hold still" Suri Cruz told her friend, grasping the female halfling by the shoulders. Suri opened her canteen and poured a copious amount of water in Leeta's face, attempting to wash the mucus away. Leeta used her fingers to scrape off the rest of the goop and Suri doused the area with a bit more liquid.

"That really stings" Leeta complained.

"The mucus seems to be slightly acidic" Suri remarked. "Your eyes and skin are red and inflamed, but you should be OK".

Suri turned and scanned the area, looking for William. He was crouching down next to the treasure chests, furiously scooping gemstones into his open knapsack. His gear was lying in a heap where he had dumped it to make room in his pack.

"What the hell are you doing William?" Suri demanded, upset that William did not seem at all concerned that Rutgar had just been killed.

"Those Croakers are coming back with reinforcements. We have to get the hell out of here".

"How does he know that?" Leeta asked.

"William possesses the earwig of understanding, a magical item that translates all foreign tongues heard into one the wearer understands".

"Neat", Leeta remarked.

"When they first entered the room they were all yelling die human scum, then when the remaining two ran away they vowed vengeance and promised we would die in agony. They also said they'd be back soon with the rest of their tribe", William explained, summing up everything the Caecilanoids had said, all the while continuing to scoop gems into his knapsack.

"Well, then we have to go", Suri concluded.

Suri ran toward William, grabbed a box of the metal vials and stuck it in her knapsack, then stuffed a few handfuls of precious stones into her pockets. Leeta did the same. "OK, let's go", Suri announced.

"No, wait", William demanded. "We can't leave the remaining chests unopened! There may be magical items inside". Everyone knew the value of a single magical item could be more than that of all the gold and gems combined.

But there was no time to ponder that, because just then the remaining four companions heard the shrieks and guttural growling of the returning frog-like humanoids. From the sound of it their numbers were great.

"There is no time" Suri cried, grabbing hold of William's arm in an attempt to drag him to his feet. "Get over here now Leeta!" William demanded. But Leeta was moving in the direction of the door.

Damn her, William thought, deciding to attempt to smash open the lock on a fourth chest using the hilt of his sword. Suri and Joshua looked on in stunned silence as William bashed the lock, which finally gave way. When the destroyed lock dropped to the ground the lid of the chest popped open with great force and a metal rod shot up, almost stabbing William squarely in the face. After jumping back to avoid the rod William peered into the chest and found it to be completely empty.

William let out a loud swear, but his voice was drowned out by the sound of rock grinding on rock. "A booby trap!" Joshua shouted. Both he and Suri turned and ran, but took only a few steps before a huge slab of solid stone approximately 6 feet high and 4 feet wide dropped from the ceiling and landed with a enormous boom right in front of the door they had entered through. In addition to sealing off the exit the stone also squashed Leeta who happened to be standing there, about to step over the threshold.

"Oh my Gods!" Suri screamed in horror as Leeta was flattened like a bug under the heel of a boot. Approaching the huge rock Suri and Joshua saw a pool of sticky red blood flowing like molasses from underneath. Leeta's fingertips could be seen protruding from the edge of the slab. "I bet she blames me" William thought, not saying anything. He had likely just saved the lives of everyone (except Leeta) by blocking the Croakers from getting in. But he knew it unlikely that either of his remaining two companions would show him any appreciation.

"Don't you have some magic spell you can use to open the remaining chests?" William asked an in-shock Suri. Getting no response, he repeated the question, this time louder. "No, I don't!" Suri exclaimed angrily, her voice cracking as tears streamed down her face. "You need to stop your blubbering and help me find another way out of here, or this cavern will be our tomb!", William chastised the magic user. Suri didn't respond. She was too upset by the death of her friend, but she did realize William was right about them being trapped.

Suri though. "a spell for detecting secret doors might uncover an unseen exit", she concluded. Hopeful that one was present. "Though it won't disarm any traps that may be present". Then Suri added (speaking to Joshua), "Keep William away from the chests". She was worried that William would trigger another trap.

Then the magic user walked the perimeter of the room, making sure there were no doors that were detectable by normal means. There did not appear to be any way out except the way they entered. Meanwhile a loud pounding could be heard on the wall next to the sealed-off door. Were the Caecilanoids attempting to tunnel their way in?

"I think they're trying to tunnel their way in", William declared.

"Quite please while I cast my spell", Suri commanded. Suri moved her hands in an intricate pattern, muttered a few arcane words, then threw some chalk dust into the air. The dust hung there unnaturally, then drifted toward the back wall. Eventually the dust settled on the wall, resulting in the appearance of a rectangular outline that looked like someone had drawn it there.

"So, that's the secret door?" William asked.

The outline shifted to reveal two double steel doors. "OK. It looks like a door now. Why don't you go ahead and open it?" William inquired, not knowing what the hell Suri was waiting for.

Suri pushed hard against both doors, but that produced no results. She looked around for a knob, a latch, or some other means of opening the exit but found none.

"How do we open it?" William asked. He finished filling his knapsack with gems and attempted to hoist it onto his shoulders. Unable to do so, he dragged it over to where Suri and Joshua were standing at the rear of the chamber.

"Out of the way" William said, rudely shoving Suri. William then repeated her actions, but the door did not budge. "It looks like a door but how do you open it?" William asked, searching around (as Suri had) for a knob or a latch. "How the fu©k are we going to open it!" a stymied William exclaimed.

"Well, without the skills of Leeta I think the best method of opening the door remaining would be by magical means". "Ah, yes" William grunted. "Then get on with it" he insisted, turning an accusing eye to Suri.

"As I said when you asked me to open the chest, I don't have the appropriate spell memorized", Suri explained. "Why the blazes not?" a frustrated William sputtered. "I may have a scroll" Joshua interjected. Everyone turned their attention to the half-eleven cleric. Joshua removed his knapsack and, after setting it on the floor of the cavern, started rummaging through the contents.

"Here it is", Joshua declared, withdrawing a wooden tube from his belongings. Joshua uncorked the tube and, after tapping the other end, a rolled up piece of parchment was produced. "A knock spell" he said, unrolling the yellowed paper and handing it to Suri.

Image: Hopeful that one is present, the mage Suri Cruise casts a spell to detect secret doors. Luckily one appears.

Severe Moderate Delusions: GZ Tripping Straw Man Edition (Volume 1)

If I have to move up in a building, I choose the elevator over the escalator. Because one time I was riding the escalator and I tripped. I fell down the stairs for an hour and a half ~ Demetri Martin (dob 5/25/1973) a comedian, actor, artist, musician, writer and humorist best known for his work as a stand-up comedian and contributor on The Daily Show.

The dishonest blogger Willis Hart is at it again (lying about me)! According to one of Willis' cohorts, a blogger who is dumber than a box of rocks (Rusty Shackelford), "they are kicking your ass around over at Will's place". I looked into it and found that what Rusty was referring to is a post on the blog of Willis where he took some comments I made and twisted and misinterpreted them. Then he took his newly constructed straw men and presented them as actual arguments made by me. Arguments he then proceeded to easily knock down.

The Hart deception in question is a 7/24/2013 commentary from his blog titled "This One's For You, Russ". It is a sort of rebuttal to a commentary on this blog; a commentary where I present an alternate narrative to the one presented by Mr. Zimmerman in explanation of what happened the night he shot and killed Trayvon Martin (I assume GZ is a liar trying to avoid going to jail).

I say the hoodwinking Hart's BS post is a "sort of" rebuttal because he never actually read what I wrote on my blog. He only read comments I submitted to his blog (comments he never published). But does not reading my expanded commentary (as opposed to just a few sentences I submitted for publication to his blog) stop Willis from taking those few sentences and making a bunch of (incorrect) assumptions? Hell, no! Why bother replying to what I actually said (my full commentary) when tilting at straw men is so much easier! As well as much more fun. You can't be wrong when you're shaping both sides of the argument, and that is exactly what the duplicitous Hart does with his post.

Now, dedicating a post comprised of half-truths, misrepresentations and outright lies to a known liar such as Rusty makes perfect perverted sense, but I doubt irony was Willis' goal when selecting a title for the pack of lies he published as a post (although this is what he achieved). Unlike him, I shall use his actual words and refute those... I won't pull an Aunt Sally like Willis and refute words I've stuffed in his mouth (again, what the mendacious fellow did to me). What follows are excerpts from the Hart baloney followed by my take down of said baloney...

Willis Hart: wd's explanation for Zimmerman's injuries - HE TRIPPED! HE FUCKING TRIPPED!! Can you even believe this guy?

I never said GZ's injuries were caused by tripping. That certainly would be fucking stoooopid (and people would be right to not believe I said that). I do have GZ tripping in my dramatization, but the tripping causes no injuries at all. The tripping occurs when GZ tells TM "you're going to die tonight" and then goes for his gun. TM, assuming that GZ is going to shoot him, tries to prevent GZ from drawing. GZ backs away and trips. This explains how he got on the ground, nothing more.

Willis Hart: I mean, at the very minimum, Zimmerman would have had to have "tripped" two times; one time flat on his face (he must have decided not to use his hands to break the fall) to produce the broken nose and two black eyes and a second time flat on his back to produce the two lacerations on the back of his head... and the injury to his coccyx.

Again, I never said tripping caused any injuries... although it certainly would explain the the injury to GZ's coccyx (tailbone). But I didn't bring that up in my post. In my dramatization I say the injuries to his head were caused in a scuffle for the gun. GZ scrapped his head on the sidewalk. The repeated pounding of GZ's head against the sidewalk is a fabrication, as that severe a beating would have resulted in injuries of a far greater magnitude than mere scrapes (like brain swelling). Both the cop who interviewed GZ and the ME said his injuries were minor/insignificant.

As for the broken nose and black eyes, those could easily have been caused by him hitting himself in the face due to kickback/recoil when he fired his weapon.

Willis Hart: wd's explanation for where Trayvon was for those 4 long minutes - he was hiding, hiding out of fear (we actually know - via Rachel Jeantel's testimony - that Trayvon had made it all the way to the bottom of the T and that Zimmerman didn't have a dang clue as to where he was due to the extreme darkness of the environment and that for some strange reason Trayvon decided to double back and confront [Zimmerman]...

TM was worried that GZ would follow him home... and then know where he lived. Think about it... if someone is following you are you going to lead him to your home? Would you want a "creepy ass Cracker" knowing where you live? And how the hell would TM know that GZ lost him? He didn't know. This is why TM looked around to see if GZ was still there... he wanted to know if it was safe to go home (without GZ knowing where he lived).

Willis Hart: ...a fear that was so absolute that the youngster decided to LUNGE at a man whose gun was already being brandished (he knows this how exactly is never quite revealed of course) and who knew that the police were to arrive on the scene IN SECONDS!

GZ said earlier (on the taped phone call with the police dispatcher) that TM put his hand inside his waistband, which means that GZ was worried that TM had a gun. Yet, when the confrontation takes place GZ says he reaches for his phone to dial 911. When someone GZ suspects may have a gun is approaching him? That isn't believable. That is why I say he was going for, or already had his firearm out.

So why would TM lunge for the gun? Because he thought GZ intended to kill him. GZ says TM told him "you're going to die tonight". I think GZ said that to TM. Then TM went for the gun because he believed if he ran GZ would shoot him in the back. Or, it is also possible that GZ decided he'd take TM into custody/make a citizen's arrest and hand TM over to the cops when they arrived. Whatever happened, GZ never identified himself as being part of the Neighborhood Watch, so TM feels he's dealing with someone who means him harm and he defends himself (TM stands HIS ground).

Also remember that GZ was on Adderall and Temazepam... two drugs that can result in "new or worsening mental or mood problems; including aggression, agitation, anxiety, delusions, depression, hallucinations and hostility". We know that GZ was fixated on becoming a cop... given all that my alternate theory is that GZ was hallucinating when he heard TM say "you got me" after he shot him (a time at which TM would be unable to speak due to the bullet collapsing his lungs). GZ was so fixated on "arresting" TM that he hallucinated TM "surrendering" to his authority. When a neighbor approached with a flashlight GZ asked the neighbor to help him subdue (the dead) TM.

After the cops got there, performed CPR on TM and then declared him dead... it wasn't until then that GZ realized he hadn't just made a "citizen's arrest".

As for the cops arriving "in seconds", that's idiotic. The altercation took around 45 seconds and the police did not arrive until a full minute after GZ shot and killed TM. Not that his point matters, as GZ wanted the cops to show up so he could either: [1] claim SYG (if he had intended to kill TM beforehand); [2] turn him over to the cops after "arresting" him (if a "citizen's arrest" was his intention). In either case GZ wants the cops to arrive sooner than later.

Willis Hart: Yeah, I'm sure that it happened exactly like this - NOT!

It didn't happen like that, because the scenario you laid out (the injuries caused by multiple trips) is an utterly ridiculous straw man. My, isn't it easy to "kick someone's ass" (figuratively) when you totally misrepresent what they've said? Also, being a typical Conservative Caucasian male who exhibits signs of White Rage (using terms like "race hustler"), it is no surprise at all that WH takes GZ's version of events as the gospel truth and completely discounts the possibility that the dead guy could have explained things differently.

Willis Hart: And I ask you yet again, what kind of a murderer calls the police and summons them prior to the crime, and then voluntarily takes (and passes!!!!!) a series of polygraphs after the crime? The jury came to the appropriate decision here, people.

The kind of murderer who would do that is one who plans on claiming Stand Your Ground as his defense. He knew all about SYG; his lying about it to Hannity shows that he KNEW people might suspect he planned the killing and planned to invoke SYG (otherwise why lie to Hannity?).

However, it is also possible that (emboldened by the fact that he had a gun and was under the influence of some serious drugs), GZ decided to "arrest" TM and TM didn't want to be arrested by a stranger who never even identified himself as having any kind of authority. Even *if* GZ told TM he was with the Neighborhood Watch (something GZ never says he did) why should TM believe him? GZ could have rolled down his car window and spoke with TM when (according to GZ), TM circled his truck. GZ was the one acting suspiciously, and TM had every reason to suspect GZ had ill intentions.

Which would explain why (if it actually happened) TM punched GZ in the nose. He was standing his ground against someone who was following him and intended to do him harm. Remember GZ said TM asked him if he had a problem, then GZ replied that he did not (GZ never identified himself as being on the neighborhood watch), and then (GZ says) he reached for his cell phone. TM could very well have assumed GZ was going for a gun and punched GZ so he couldn't unholster it.

As for the "series of polygraphs" WH says GZ "voluntarily takes and passes"... wrong. And, from his point of view he probably thought he did nothing wrong (if he was making a "citizens arrest" and TM resisted). Of course you're going to pass a voice stress test (or polygraph) if, IN YOUR MIND, you did nothing wrong (even if you did).

Finally, in regard to the jury's decision... clearly they listened to the judge's instructions. The Governor-Jeb-Bush-appointed judge sent the jury to their deliberation with instructions that said "self-defense meant Zimmerman was entitled to stand his ground with no duty to retreat". So GZ's legal team said their defense had nothing to do with SYG, but the judge told the jury to decide the case based on it!

They could have simply disregarded this instruction (as a jury does not have to explain itself when rendering a verdict). I certainly would have. Why did the judge compel (or attempt to compel) the jury to decide the case based on SYG when the defense did not argue SYG? From the beginning Conservatives have been saying that GZ was being "railroaded". What this shows, IMO, is that TM was railroaded. The jury decided TM was responsible for his own death based on nothing but GZ's version of events!

On the other hand, the jury's hands may very well have been tied due to Florida laws that protect shooters. Given the fact that TM was dead and therefore unable to give his account of what happened; and given the fact that the witnesses did not see how the altercation began (or much of it thereafter). I thought they should have at least been able to convict GZ of manslaughter due to his many false statements, including the whopper about his head being slammed against the concrete sidewalk.

A cop and an ME testified to the extent of his injuries... both saying they thought they were MINOR. And GZ never spread TM arms to look for a weapon in his hands (as GZ claimed). TM's arms and hands were found pinned under his body. Were these lies enough to convict GZ of murder 2 or manslaughter? I'm no attorney so I really do not know. What I do know is that there is something really wrong with a killer getting off because his version of events are bought lock, stock and barrel (despite obvious lies from said killer).

Conservatives like Mr. Hart, on the other hand... they have no problem at all with the inconsistencies in GZ's story. Because they just ignore them. If someone brings them up they create straw men to "defeat", thus "proving" how idiotic those who disagree with them are.

Finally, in response to the Hartster asking how I know the gun was already being brandished. I'll tell you... GZ did NOT reach for his cell phone when a suspicious BM he already suspected had a gun approached him (the hand in his waistband quote from the police call)... He reached for and pulled out HIS gun (or was in the process of pulling out his gun). You're telling me that if you had a gun and a BM you suspected had a gun said, "yo, you got a problem?" and approached you... you would pull out your cell phone to dial 911? Give me an fucking break.

The Persecuted Vigilante Hero. A Truthy Dramatization

Thank God for the rain to wash the trash off the sidewalk -- Travis Bickle, a character played by Robert De Niro in the 1976 American vigilante film Taxi Driver.

Note: This commentary is comprised of what I have decided to call a "truthy dramatization". What follows is a blend of fact and fiction. In some sections more fiction than fact, but in others more fact than fiction. This is an alternate narrative to the one put forward by GZ. Why have we accepted his version of events as true (or even mostly true) when things could have gone down very differently?

George Zim cried himself to sleep one night some time less than 2 years ago. But this was not unusual, as George's thoughts often centered on the life he saw for himself if only others would cut him a break and give him a chance.

"What's wrong honey?" his wife asked, tired of her husband's near constant whining.

"I have been rejected again by the police force", George sobbed. This was a complaint Mrs. Zim had heard many times before.

"I thought you received an A in that college course in criminal justice? That, plus your dad is a retired judge. One would think those two facts alone would assure you a position in law enforcement" his wife pondered. She was confused as to why her husband couldn't achieve his dream.

"I know. None of it makes any sense", George agreed. Clearly his plan to become a LEO via nepotism and academic achievement was not panning out.

That is when he decided to prove his worth by joining the Neighborhood Watch of the Retreat at Twin Lakes, a gated community in Sanford FL where Zim and his wife resided. "With my help many arrests will be made and crime will be abolished in this community", George declared, envisioning the adulation he'd receive when he caught a Black youth breaking and entering.

There had been numerous reports of such activity lately and George was determined that he would be the one to put a stop to it. Then the Sanford PD would see what a valuable asset he could be. Surely then they would beg him to suit up and walk the beat.

George grabbed and holstered his gun, after loading it with hollow-points. "The feral Negroes are on notice" a determined George growled, quickly drawing his firearm. "Make my day", George said, speaking to a fictional Black thug while fingering the safety.

"That is so sexy", his wife Shellie purred.

Zim smiled. Then he frowned, realizing that so far he hadn't been able to foil any robberies. Despite his 46 calls to the police switchboard.

Shellie noticed her husband's frown and reminded him to dose up on his doctor prescribed Adderall and Temazepam.

"This will pull you out of your funk", Shellie commented, handing her husband the drugs. Zim swallowed the capsules, along with a big gulp of water.

George reholstered his weapon and donned his jacket, preparing to head out for the day. If his dad wasn't able to call in a favor to get him the LEO job he wanted, at least he was good for something. His dad WAS able to pull a few strings to get him a concealed carry permit. Otherwise he would have been rejected, due to his prior legal troubles. In 2005 George was arrested for resisting officer with violence after getting into a scuffle with cops who were questioning a friend for alleged underage drinking. Then in August 2005, Zim's former fiancé sought a restraining order against him because of domestic violence.

George had been mulling over the situation in his mind... and was growing ever more convinced that these minor incidents had something to do with why the police wouldn't agree to make him an officer. He had to face facts that his dream was dead. That revelation lead to a deep depression. Shellie wouldn't stand for it and demanded that he seek help from a licensed psychologist.

"I'm not crazy", George thought, rejecting his wife's suggestion. Instead he asked his doctor for something to help with his mood. That was when his doctor prescribed the aforementioned drugs. Drugs that could cause new or worsening mental or mood problems; including aggression, agitation, anxiety, delusions, depression, hallucinations and hostility.

His doctor, echoing his wife's sentiments, told him it was imperative that he be evaluated by a psychologist.

"Fu*k that", George said after taking the drugs for awhile and realizing they were helping him feel better. "I don't need a psychologist, I need to get proactive".

That is when he signed up for MMA classes at a local gym. "I'm going to buff myself up so that when I encounter a young Black thug I will be able to subdue him", George decided. "I gotta get in shape. Too much sitting has ruined my body. Too much abuse has gone on for too long. From now on there will be 50 pushups each morning, 50 pullups" George declared, quoting a line from the film Taxi Driver.

George smiled, imagining the fateful day when he intervened and stopped a B&E in progress. The mayor would probably give him an award for heroism. Then they'd come crawling to him with an offer to become a member of the fraternity sworn to "serve and protect". Unfortunately the plan wasn't working out so well. After a couple of sessions of intense training his instructor said he simply did not have a natural aptitude for fighting.

"Now what?" thought Zim. He hadn't considered purchasing a firearm before because he knew he'd fail a background check. But that problem was resolved with a little help from Robert Zim Senior the retired judge. Soon after George was granted a concealed carry permit he purchased a brand new Kel-Tec PF-9 9mm pistol. Carrying it with him everywhere he went took some of the sting out of being labeled a wuss by his MMA fighting instructor.

"This will show them that I'm not a wuss", Zim thought, feeling the weight of the weapon on his hip. Frequently George would stand in front of a full length mirror in his bedroom. For hours he would practice drawing the weapon. Pointing his PF-9 at his reflection George would shout "freeze ni**er!" It made him absolutely giddy daydreaming of the day he would make his first citizen's arrest.

But it would probably be better to just shoot the thug dead. The killing would be completely justified under Florida's Stand Your Ground law. Also, a situation in which George had to put down a street punk in order to save his own life would surely play to the sympathies of the public more than if he arrested someone who was later let go. That would be an incident that would pass almost without notice and be quickly forgotten.

No, that wouldn't do at all. In order to make himself into a hero his life had to be in danger. And the best way to assure that would be the story that was told would be to kill the suspect. Then he wouldn't be able to muck things up by telling "his side". It was then and there that George made up his mind. Technically it would be murder, but in reality George would be doing his community a service, just like Travis Bickle in Taxi Driver. Travis Bickle took out the trash and George would do the same. And, just like Travis, George would be hailed a hero, although George would embrace it (unlike the De Niro character).

George kissed his wife and went to work.

George and his Black friend had their own insurance office. "You're one of the good ones", George told Blackie, and indeed he was. He never would have gone into business with Blackie otherwise.

Blackie thought George was joking (playing a racist), seeing as George himself had a great grandfather who was Black, but George was dead serious. His dad taught him that Blacks can be some of the worst racists and well as thugs who think stealing is preferable to hard work.

There was a cousin who said George's family were racists who disliked blacks, but what this cousin didn't realize was that there are good Blacks and then there are bad Blacks.

That's why he mentored some at risk minority kids occasionally. George was part of the solution and not a part of the problem. A good person, in other words. The cousin lied about him being a racist, the same as she lied when she accused George of molesting her. Yes, what she claimed may have been partially true, but what kids aren't curious about their bodies and curious about sex? It was all largely innocent stuff (some fondling and some fingering) which the cousin blew way out of proportion.

False accusations from women and rejection by authority figures was something the unfortunate George had to deal with frequently. But he was determined to gain some respect, no matter what it took. Volunteering for the neighborhood watch would be his ticket to the life he wanted. This is why George spent his evenings waiting and watching. Frequently he called to report suspicious activity, but so far nothing he could act on.

On the evening of Sunday 2/26/2012 George was driving his truck through the neighborhood, returning home from a personal errand. It was a few minutes to 7 in the evening and raining lightly when Zim spotted a suspicious hoodie-wearing figure walking slowly and peering in windows. George pulled over and took out his cell phone, his finger hovering over the speed dial button for the SPD. Would tonight be the night?

Yes, Zim decided, suddenly feeling both anxious and agitated... this character was definitely peeping in widows, probably interested if anyone was home. The guy was looking for an apartment he could burglarize, in other words. George watched for a few seconds longer before he pushed the speed dial button. On the phone with the Sanford PD George told the operator he saw a real suspicious guy just walking around looking about and that this guy looks like he is up to no good or he is on drugs or something.

The dispatcher asked him a question concerning the suspect's race. "He looks Black", George answered.

The suspect noticed George starring at him and began to walk in his direction. The suspect circled his vehicle, and George got a good look at him before he walked away. George confirmed to the dispatcher that the suspect was a Black male (BM) in his late teens.

"These a**holes, they always get away", George remarked to the dispatcher. George was determined that this time the Black thug wouldn't get away.

Trayvon, the BM in question, was speaking with his friend Rachel via a bluetooth earpiece. "Why this Cracker looking at me?" Trayvon wondered out loud as his friend listened.

"Maybe he a rapist?" Rachel replied.

Who knows? But Trayvon didn't want to find out, so he ran away. Now, Trayvon didn't want the Cracker to follow him home (and know where he lived), so he hid. A few minutes went by and Trayvon decided to take a look and see if the Cracker was still there.

"The back entrance", George answered when the dispatcher asked where the BM was running. "Fu*kin coons", George, who was experiencing feelings of aggression and hostility toward the fleeing suspect, muttered.

Then the dispatcher asked are you following him? and George replied yes.

He had gotten out of his truck to see where the BM had gone and was jogging in the direction he thought he went. The dispatcher told him not to, but George had no intention of listening to that direction. He said OK, but followed anyway. But George couldn't find him so he decided to return to his vehicle to wait for the police, crestfallen.

But this was just too good of an opportunity to let it pass by, so George decided to walk a little further.

"I need to find this fu*ker before the cops arrive", Zim thought. Suddenly Zim spotted the suspect, Trayvon. He rounded a corner and almost ran into him. The near collision dislodged the bluetooth from Trayvon's ear.

"Get off, get off!" Trayvon exclaimed in reaction to George's close proximity. Stepping back, a surprised and frightened Trayvon asked, "why you following me?"

In a gesture intended to intimidate the suspect, George placed his hand on his weapon and demanded, "What are you doing here boy?"

Trayvon's bluetooth earpiece fell to the ground. Trayvon saw George's gun and knew then he was in serious danger.

"You're going to die tonight ni**er", George said, making a move to unholster his firearm.

Before he could draw his gun a desperate Trayvon stepped in and made a grab for it, while also screaming for help. "Don't kill me! I'm begging you!" Trayvon cried.

George backed away and pulled out his weapon, but tripped over his feet and fell down. Luckily he didn't drop his gun, so he raised it to fire. Trayvon jumped on him in a desperate attempt to grab the weapon and they tussled on the grass for awhile.

Still screaming, desperate for someone to come help him, Trayvon continued to try to get the gun away from George. During the struggle George scrapped his head on the concrete sidewalk.

A neighbor named Good came out to investigate the screaming (of Trayvon) and saw the scuffle.

By this time it was getting dark out. George pulled his arms from Trayvon's grasp. In response Trayvon feverishly punched at George, still trying to disarm him, but George got off a shot.

The hollow point bullet pierced Trayvon's heart and the screaming stopped. Trayvon was dead (or would be in mere seconds).

The force of the shot caused the gun to recoil, hitting George in the face and breaking his nose.

"Fu*kin ni**er", George sputtered, pushing Trayvon's body off him.

A neighbor appeared with a flashlight.

"Help me restrain him", Zim said calmly, straddling the body.

But Trayvon was clearly dead. Zim knew that, of course, but asking the neighbor to help restrain the BM was the only thing he could think to say to convince the neighbor that he was an authority figure who had just subdued a criminal.

An officer named Smith arrived at the scene at 7:17 PM, approximately one minute after George shot and killed his suspect.

George raised his arms and surrendered. A second and then a third officer showed up and CPR was attempted.

Trayvon was declared dead at 7:30 PM. Officer Smith placed George in the back of his police vehicle.

"I was yelling for someone to help me, but no one would help me", George lied, a little worried that a neighbor might identify the person screaming (correctly) as Trayvon.

Confident that the shooting would be deemed legal under Stand Your Ground, Zimmerman cooperated completely with law enforcement and didn't lawyer up. That would make him look guilty.

After five hours of questioning the police released George. The initial report noted that a White male later identified as George Zimmerman shot an African American teen in self defense.

George said he stood his ground, so the cops didn't bother doing a decent job collecting evidence and sent George home. A White guy named Zimmerman shot a suspicious Black thug, so they really had no choice. There was little doubt that it was an open and shut case, which is why they didn't drug test George, even though it is standard procedure.

Zim was subjected to a voice stress analysis (not the same as a lie detector test) and passed it.

Because the psychopathic Zim essentially believed the story he told authorities. At this point he still assumed that Trayvon was a Black thug who was up to no good. The BM was looking for an apartment to break into when George stopped him.

Yes, he planned on killing him far in advance of the event. Not him specifically, but the next Black thug he encountered. But the BM got what was coming to him, of that George was 100 percent convinced.

During a subsequent interview a Detective Serino attempted to bluff George by telling him that Trayvon's phone caught the entire incident on video.

George knew it is a common police tactic to claim video evidence exists in hopes of getting a confession. George knew better, so he said "Thank God, I was hoping someone would videotape it".

He knew the detective was lying, so he lied right back to him... and it worked! The cops bought his story and told him to go home. It was just that easy to get away with murder.

Later George returned to the scene and walked the cops though his version of events. "I thought my head would explode", George (greatly) exaggerated when he related his fabricated narrative of Trayvon slamming his head against the sidewalk.

"After I discharged my weapon the suspect said you got me. I assumed my shot missed and that he was surrendering. I flipped him onto his stomach... all the while he was mumbling. Then I spread his arms out to disarm him. I was looking for the weapon he had been hitting me with", George lied.

The victim was talking after being shot through the heart?? Unbelievably the officer didn't call BS on George's obvious and absurd tall tale.

George was grateful that the area he lived in was largely Conservative and Republican. A White male (as he described himself to the cops) who put down a berserk dope-crazed thug deserved the White privilege they extended to him.

A month and a half went by before public pressure from the African American community finally forced the DA to bring charges, but George wasn't too worried. Instead he made the most of it and went on the Sean Hannity program. He was finally getting the recognition he had always craved.

Conservatives across the country lapped up the Zim baloney and declared that he was a persecuted hero as well as a celebrity. A Black drug-using thug got what was coming to him. Clearly George had no choice. Zim and family set up a website to collect donations in order to fund his defense and tens of thousands of dollars flooded in. But George's wife dishonestly told the judge they were indigent. Zim's gullible wife Shellie was arrested for perjury when she was caught speaking in code with George about how much money they had in their bank account. George's bail was revoked. But it was only a minor setback.

George was also caught handing over a passport that he had previously reported as stolen so he could get a new one. Turns out he just misplaced it. But Zim figured he could use the second one to flee the country. The judge simply asked for both passports and ignored George's deception.

Another indication that the Governor-Jeb-Bush-appointed judge was on Zim's side was when she sent the jury to their deliberation with instructions that said self-defense meant Zimmerman was entitled to stand his ground with no duty to retreat. So Zim's legal team said their defense had nothing to do with Stand Your Ground, but the judge told the jury to decide the case based on it. That George provoked the incident by stalking an unarmed Trayvon did not matter. Seeing as Trayvon was dead, George's version of events essentially were accepted as the truth.

The jury of six women (five of whom were White) decided there was reasonable doubt and that George's truth was in fact what actually happened... and they declared him not guilty.

Conservatives across the nation cheered and predicted mass rioting egged on by race baiters and race hustlers. People who are actually civil rights crusaders speaking out for their community. White privilege benefited George as he had gambled it would. George smiled broadly when the verdict was read. Maybe he would go back to college and become a lawyer so he could help other "wrongly" accused people like himself?

Perhaps he would roam the countryside performing acts of heroism like pulling a family of four out of an overturned vehicle? Who knows? But Zim was confident that he could use his new found fame to separate a lot of gullible Conservatives from their money. Heck, one Conservative group had already offered to buy him a new gun!
