Rudy Giuliani Anti-American Praise of Pootie-Poot Brings Shame To Our Country

I looked the man in the eye. I was able to get a sense of his soul ~ George W bush (dob 7/6/1946) 43rd preznit of the US (2001 to 2009), reflecting on a meeting with new best friend, Pootie-Poot, or Vladimir Putin, as he is known to everyone else.

H/T to Shaw Kenawe of Progressive Eruptions for her highlighting of Rudy Giuliani's disgusting commentary regarding the invasion of the Ukraine by Russian troops with her story "Rudy Has The Hots For Vlad!", in which she discussed the former NY mayor praising Vladmir Putin by saying he's "what you call a leader" (in contrast to Obama).

According to the Progressive blogger SK "the unlawful invasion of a sovereign country is real leadership" and that this insult to President Obama deserves to be called out. Actually, SK referred to Giuliani's praise of Putin "anti-American blather", and with that assessment I agree.

Mr. "a noun, a verb, and 9-11", is the idiot who, after running around looking heroic on 9-11, ran a failed presidential campaign, and then started a security consulting business... as if being mayor during the 9-11 attacks made him an expert at security - when the fact is that the reason he was running around looking all heroic is because he ignored the NYPD's objections to placing the emergency command center in the WTC...

William K. Rashbaum, writing for the NYT: The New York Police Department produced a detailed analysis in 1998 opposing plans by the city to locate its emergency command center at the World Trade Center, but the Giuliani administration overrode those objections. The command center later collapsed from damage in the Sept. 11 terrorist attack. (The New York Times, 1/26/2008).

And, there is also the fact that the Giuliani administration was warned about problems with NYFD radios in 1993 but did nothing to fix the problem. Giuliani lied to the 9-11 commission when he said "firefighters heard the orders and heroically decided to stand their ground and rescue civilians"... the International Association of Fire Fighters says "121 firefighters in the north tower didn't get out because they didn't hear evacuation orders" (due to the KNOWN radio communication problem).

It is a horrible joke that Giuliani has been able to use 9-11 (first in his failed attempt to become president) and then to make money off of (security consulting and as a Fox Nooz contributor). That he was running around on 9-11 due to the destruction of the emergency command center should be his shame. That so many firefighters died due to his administration's inaction in fixing a known problem should be his shame. Unbelievably him being mayor on 9-11 is his source of pride (and has made him a LOT of money).

Giuliani was a consistent cheerleader for the bush administration's lying us into an illegal invasion of Iraq, and now he has the gall to criticize Obama while praising Putin? I agree completely with Giuliani's praise of Putin to be "anti-American blather", which makes him a pretty loathsome character, IMO. Even IF you don't take his record on 9-11 into consideration.

  2. Sadly I cannot answer your question RN, as I don't know what bone you are referring to.

  3. This is plainly another painful example of laws being broken by someone on the right.

I request you begin an immediate investigation into this post haste. We cannot allow this to continue.. Report back with your findings....we are counting on you.

    1. Two comments by Rusty sent to Spam because they were not "important", but had absolutely nothing to do with my commentary. Talk about what you want on your own blog Rusty. Or Will's blog. I don't want you polluting my blog with such BS.

  8. First it was "beating dead horses" and now it's "gnawing on old bones". Obviously RN takes his cues from Dennis. Dennis has an aversion to discussing old topics he has been proven wrong on multiple times in the past. He just wants to continue to bring them up and be able to spew his lies unchallenged. We know that on RN and Will's blog Dennis is protected, but I'll discuss what I want on my own blog, RN.

As for the Radical Racist, looks like he's a Rudy and a Pootie-Poot fan. Any insult from him I take as a compliment, which is why I published him.

  9. Talking about a pretty loathsome character. I don't know why Obama didn’t evoke executive power to nominate his brother that POS Debo Adegbile to the Justice Department civil rights post after the Senate rejected him.

  10. Who is this Pootie-poot that you speak of? Can you please clarify who that is.

  11. I think its nice that Giuliani thinks that Putin is sexy. At least somebody is appreciating all of those manly photo ops that he went to so much trouble to make. My favorite was flying the gasoline-powered hang glider to lead the cranes safely to their migratory haven. What a wonderful man! Personally for true Russian bravado, I'd take Brezhnev over Putin any day of the week. Putin has had too many people killed or put in inhumane prisons and insane asylums. Apparently he's still doing it, Soviet Union or not. Bush is the kind of guy who would tell you that he looked into the soul of a grizzly bear.

We already know the entire political leadership of the republican party is disloyal to Obama. Even Boehner seems to have a lot of difficulty just making nice.

  13. Notice to commenter "Rational Nation United States of America"... your comment was sent to spam. I submitted 3 comments to your blog and all 3 were in accordance with your recent mandate to not reference Will Hart or Dennis Marks. Yet you refuse to publish. Why the HELL should I publish your off topic and insulting comments on my blog when you refuse to publish my comments? That was a rhetorical question BTW. The answer is I'm not going to.

  14. You shouldn't if they were off topic and insulting. (Which they weren't.)

Which is why your recent comments were not published, they were.

    1. You're lying RN. On both counts. Most of your submissions to this blog are off topic and insulting. The 3 comments I submitted recently to your blog were neither. Now go away. You are hereby banned from commenting on any existing post. I will leave it TBD if any future comments on posts not yet written might be published.

  15. Conservatives love a strong-man dictator. Conservatives crave to have a powerful man stride in and tell them what to think and what to do. A Vladimir Putin, just like Dick Cheney who ignores rights and does whatever he wants is the hero of conservatives everywhere.

Additionally, for a long time Right-Wingers have run with the Liberals are 'limp-wristed homos', the Obama wears mom-jeans is just conservatives yelling liberals are fags, because conservatives are despicable anti-american intolernat homophobes who seek to dominate and enslave other Americans.

RN's shitty comments about "bones" herein of course prove these points.

    Conservatives are just despicable.

  18. It's funny, I was watching Tom Hanks in "Charlie Wilson's War" about the CIA covert war in Afghanistan in the 1980s. Giuliani was the Miniature Doberman Pinscher prosecutor trying unsuccessfully to prosecute Representative Wilson for ethics violations surrounding allegations of cocaine use.

    1. If we had continued to provide support to Afghanistan after the Soviets were driven out - I think it is entirely possible that we would not still be fighting there today. Charlie Wilson wanted to take a fraction of the money we had provided to the anti-Soviet fighters and spend that on infrastructure, hospitals and schools. That would have provided us with some positive "blowback", in my opinion. The Taliban would have been prevented from seizing power, and they never would have offered a safe haven to bin Laden. But the only thing the Repubs want to spend money on is killing. Money to improve the lives of people so they don't become bitter and susceptible to being radicalized? Nothing for that (cut or eliminate foreign aid, they say). It's crazy (see here for an example of just that kind of crazy).

From the Wikipedia entry on "Charlie Wilson's War"...

Charlie follows Gust's guidance to seek support for post-Soviet occupation Afghanistan, but finds almost no enthusiasm in the U.S. government for even the modest measures he proposes. The film ends with Charlie receiving a major commendation for the support of the U.S. clandestine services, but his pride is tempered by his fears of what unintended consequences his secret efforts could yield in the future and the implications of U.S. disengagement from Afghanistan.

"Unintended consequences" is a hyperlink that connects to the Wikipedia page for "blowback".

    2. So true. That was a very poignant end to what Charlie intended to be a way out of misery for the Afghan people. Very sad indeed. The C.I.A brass was fairly well bursting their buttons with misplaced pride.

Unfortunately comment moderation is necessary in order to screen out insanity from an idiot calling himself "Luke" of the "Words And Music" blog (a liar who has made bogus accusations that many others are stealing his posts) as well as homophobic hate from TOM of the blog "Stay A While" (actually the same person).
